The ACCP Foundation is governed by the Board of Trustees (BOT). The BOT consists of 6 elected trustees from the ACCP membership, between three and six appointed trustees, and four ex-officio members. The BOT's responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Developing strategic plans and policies to conduct business and ensure future growth;
- Identifying, prioritizing, and implementing research and education agendas and programs for the Foundation; and
- Guiding and actively participating in the fundraising efforts of the Foundation.
